High-performance 4K set-top boxes powered by the ARM Cortex-A35 CPU

The MAG544w3 are Infomir’s IPTV set-top boxes powered by Linux OS. These devices come with the Amlogic S905Y4 chipset and quad-core ARM Cortex-A35 CPU. They play video stably and smoothly in all modern formats, including 4K.

Their hardware enables operators to provide comfortable and reliable services to their customers, and the continuity of the UI ensures easy integration into projects that use MAG devices.

With544w3 set-top box, users can enjoy Linear TV, video-on-demand, and IPTV/OTT content1. The devices play content from the Internet, local network, and external media. Operators are welcome to customize these set-top boxes to suit their projects, providing users with a unique interface, user experience, and reliable technical support.

The new Amlogic S905Y4-B chipset and quad-core ARM Cortex-A35 CPU boost the performance of the MAG544w3 compared to the previous generation of MAG boxes. All of these technical features help the UI to work fast and play content smoothly.
MAG544w3 set-top box support AV1 and HEVC codecs which enables them to play 4K content without overloading the Internet connection2. While H.264 requires 32 Mbps to process video, HEVC requires only 16 Mbps3.

MAG544w3 is a modified model with a built-in Wi-Fi module.

Offers two options to connect to the Internet: a 100 Mbps Ethernet port and a built-in Wi-Fi module. Wireless connectivity operates in two bands: 2.4 GHz with speeds up to 100 Mbps and 5 GHz4 with speeds up to 550 Mbps.
